- Mixed skills from: stretch, balance, strength, shapes & vaulting, turns & spins, leaps & jumps, coordination and rolls.
- 11 levels of 8 skills.
- Skills require just a couple of pieces of handheld apparatus, mats, a box or vault and ideally a springboard (but not essential).
- Different medals to collect for each level.
